Pickup location: 2008 W Vandalia Rd.

No refunds will be given for orders not picked up.

Terms of Condition

❖ Please keep all baked goods, items containing fruit, or other perishable ingredients refrigerated until ready to serve. Cake and cupcakes takes two hours to come to room temperature. Leftover cakes may be refrigerated or frozen to keep longer.

❖ If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves.

❖ We try our best to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. Although, satisfaction is desired, it is not guaranteed. All sales are final. No refunds are given. 

❖ Please note, inspirational photos are used as inspiration. We can not exact replicate another cake artist’s work. 

❖ On occasion, we will photograph our cakes, and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

❖ Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens.  You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

❖ LOADING AND TRAVELING

• Check the car for level spots. As much as you may want to put the cake on the seat next to you, a slanted surface could cause your cake to slide off the board and into the side of the box. Instead place your cake on a flat, level surface, preferably on the floor or in trunk.
• Keep temperature inside and outside the car in mind. Cakes should be kept cool to prevent melting.  Cakes should be kept out of direct sunlight.
• Drive carefully! Make sure to avoid steep ramps, sudden stops and quick starts…and watch out for those speed bumps! You’re carrying precious cargo!

Submission of payment confirms that you agree to the terms in this contract and agree that you are the person responsible for all payments and decisions regarding this order.
